Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) has emerged as a transformative intervention for addressing mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. Beyond its efficacy in symptom reduction, the influence of CCBT on interpersonal relationships represents an emerging area of scholarly interest. This article synthesizes recent empirical findings to explore how CCBT affects relational dynamics, conflict resolution strategies, and the therapeutic alliance. By examining current evidence, the article provides insights relevant to both clinical practice and future research directions.
Introduction
The integration of digital technology into mental health care has revolutionized traditional therapeutic approaches, with Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CCBT) standing out for its accessibility, scalability, and clinical effectiveness.
